Regardless of what we want to change in the layout of our apartment, whether it will be adding a few electrical sockets or changing the heating to floor heating, it is worth thinking about it at the stage of signing the development contract. We will be informed about what can be processed and what not and what the cost will be.

If we report too late and want to make changes, the developer may refuse to make them due to the level of advancement of the construction works.

Each modification must be in accordance with the provisions of the construction law and may not affect the structure of the building, facade, or in any way affect other premises. It is forbidden to interfere with load-bearing walls and installation risers.

  • modification of partition walls - demolition, relocation or erection of new walls, 
  • changing the location of internal doors,
  • electrical installation - sockets, switches, lighting points. We can move them to another place or place additional ones,
  • plumbing, central heating. We can change the place of the shower, bathtub, washing machine or washbasin, as well as change the location of the radiators or opt for underfloor heating.

  • warming,

  • exterior doors.

The developer condition of the house should additionally include works such as:

  • execution of a soffit and roof insulation,
  • insulation of the facade and attic,
  • embedding of downpipes,

  1. Technical acceptance of the premises (from the developer),
  2. Collection of the premises from the client (taking over the keys),
  3. Introducing a renovation team - securing the premises (possibly also common parts of the building for the duration of the works),
  4. Receipt of orders / delivery of finishing materials,
  5. Tiling works (bathrooms, floors, kitchen),
  6. Paintings,
  7. Parquet works (installation of wooden and laminate floors, etc.),
  8. Installation of interior woodwork (doors) + installation of skirting boards,
  9. Installation of ceramics and fittings (white installation) + cosmetics of the entire premises (silicones, minor paint corrections, etc.,
  10. Installation of carpentry structures (kitchen furniture, wardrobes, etc.),
  11. Cleaning the entire premises.

Stages 1 and 2 precede the physical commencement of the front works in the premises, and stage 1 is not obligatory - the Customer may perform the Technical Acceptance on his own.

  • comfort package - implementation in 70 days, visualization of the bathroom, living room and bedroom,
  • art comfort package - implementation in 80 days, visualization of the bathroom, living room and bedroom,
  • stylish package - implementation in 90 days, visualization of the bathroom, living room with kitchen, all rooms.
